2nd Line Support Technician

Job Description

Our client, a professional services company, is seeking an experienced 2nd line support technician to provide technical support across the firm. Duties will include providing support including MS 365, Outlook and teams, MS Office and windows 11, service desk ticketing and data security, providing remote and in person-support.

The role is to cover sickness absence and is expected to last for about 8 weeks. The role will initially be office-based, but there is the possibility of hybrid working. If you are an experienced second-line support technician who enjoys problem-solving and team working, this is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly firm to assist on a temporary basis.
