Contract Civil 3D Technician\n\n£35-£40 per hour | Outside IR35 | Fully Remote\n\nI'm currently working with a well-established, internationally recognised engineering consultancy that is looking to appoint a Contract Civil 3D Technician on an interim basis while they recruit for a permanent team member. \nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded engineering business with a strong pipeline of developer-led projects across the UK, alongside exposure to a range of international developments.\n\nThe Role\n You will be supporting a busy civils team, producing detailed designs and technical drawings using Civil 3D across a variety of infrastructure and development schemes.\n\nKey responsibilities will include:\n\nCivil 3D modelling and drafting\nDrainage design and detailing\nHighways and external works design\nProduction of technical drawings and design packages\nWorking closely with engineers and project teams across multiple projects\nSupporting UK developer-led schemes and selected international projects\nRequirements\n\nProven experience as a Civil Engineering Technician\nStrong proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D\nExperience delivering drainage and highways designs\nBackground working on developer-led residential, commercial or mixed-use projects\nAbility to work independently within a remote environment\nPrevious consultancy experience preferred\nContract Details\n\n£35-£40 per hour\nOutside IR35\nFully remote working from within the UK\nImmediate start available\nInitial contract assignment with potential for extension\nOpportunity to work with a respected consultancy on a varied and technically interesting project portfolio\nIf you're an experienced Civil 3D Technician looking for your next remote contract assignment, I'd be keen to discuss the opportunity in more detail.\n\nWill Herman \n (phone number removed)\n\nAldwych Consulting values diversity and promotes equality.
