What you’ll actually be doing...

• Owning multi-site operations - standards, service, guest experience, consistency
• Leading a central support team and building real accountability
• Driving performance through numbers - labour, budgets, P&L ownership
• Building culture that sticks - retention, progression, succession done properly
• Making L&D feel alive, not laminated
• Leading new site openings end to end
• Working closely with FD on commercial decisions and planning
• Supporting local marketing that actually feels local - community driven, creative, real
