Multi Skilled Mobile Engineer

You'll help ensure service levels are consistently met, develop strong client relationships, and keep critical building systems running safely and smoothly.\n\nJob details:\n\n- Carrying out day-to-day operation, planned maintenance, fault finding and repairs across HVAC, electrical, water systems and Building Management Systems (BMS)\n\n- Performing periodic inspections and testing across the full range of building services\n\n- Recording test results, remedial actions and follow-up requirements accurately\n\n- Developing strong customer relationships and delivering a high standard of service\n\n- Liaising closely with site teams, sub-contractors and other departments to support clear communication and safe working practices\n\n- Acting as an authorised person for boilers, pressure vessels, confined spaces, and fuels/oils/lubricants (subject to qualification)\n\n- Maintaining full compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH and Permit to Work requirements\n\n- Logging completed work via the company's CAFM system\n\n- Supporting incident management processes and putting forward ideas for service improvements\n\n- Taking part in the on-call rota (1 in 14 weeks, including weekends).\n\nQualifications / Experience:\n\n- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Facilities Maintenance (essential).\n\n- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills across electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.\n\n- Knowledge of BMS Systems (preferred).\n\n- 18th Edition (Essential).\n\n- AM2 Certificate (Highly Desirable)\n\n- Valid UK driving license (Essential).\n\n- Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices.\n\nWhat’s on offer:\n\n- Salary: Up to £41,500\n\n- Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 16:30pm\n\n- Company vehicle (can be used for personal use) + Fuel card\n\n- Company uniform\n\n- Holiday allowance - 31 days (inc statutory)\n\n- Pension scheme - 5.7% er / 3.3% ee\n\n- Birthday voucher\n\n- Employee of the month voucher\n\n- Screwfix card\n\nPlease note: All applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
