Senior Quality Engineer

MTrec’s new career opportunity\n\nOur client are market leaders in their industry sector, they are looking to recruit a Senior Quality Engineer on a permanent basis.\n\nThe Job you’ll do\n\n * This Senior Quality Engineer role requires a self-motivated, proactive professional with exceptional communication and leadership capabilities.\n\n * The position involves maintaining quality systems, standards, and excellent customer PPM performance across all interior trim moulding and assembly operations.\n\n * In this Senior Quality Engineer capacity, you will work closely with major suppliers, major automotive customers, and internal project teams.\n\n * As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be instrumental in supporting all Interiors Quality Assurance activities across the manufacturing facility\n\n * Your responsibilities will encompass QRQC activity management, customer liaison, quality audits, calibration oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives, including kaizen and PHA activities.\n\n * The Senior Quality Engineer will stand in for the Quality Assurance Manager when required and ensure APQP/TS16949 documentation and standards are maintained and adhered to across all operations.\n\nAbout You\n\n * Minimum HNC level qualification in an appropriate discipline or equivalent experience.\n\n * 5+ years in high-volume manufacturing, ideally CPM or injection moulding.\n\n * Process auditing experience with IATF/ISO auditor qualification (preferred).\n\n * Strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent teamwork abilities.\n\nThe Rewards and the benefits\n\n * Superb benefits package, please get in touch for more details
